To receive credit for a completed course, please be sure to follow the process below:

  1. Upon completion of the IT Academy eLearning course(s), complete this online form.
  2. After a few days, check your ePath Course Transcript to verify credit was granted.
Note: If you wish to complete a certificate exam, you will need to pay the exam fee. Successful completion will result in a reimbursement of the exam fee pending confirmation. Please note that reimbursement of the exam fee is only available for Technology & Integration Department staff.
