My Philosophy of Music Education: Music an essential part of the learning process. Music engages people in objective, subjective, symbolic, and concrete aspects of human experience. Music education improves learning in other subjects. It helps develop sensitivity; provides a means for creativity and self-expression, and helps students learn about history and other cultures. Music provides a source of enjoyment that will continue throughout adulthood.
