THIS NINE WEEKS
Beginner classes will be working from the Essential Elements 2000 level one book. We will start on classroom procedures. Then will will begin introduction of music theory

TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
Music is life! Music is a part of our everyday life. Music is played at football games, graduations, funerals, and people use music to motivate them for exercise, to concentrate before a big exam, or to relax at home. My job is to have my students leave class each day learning the instrument they chose to play and learning how to read music. I also want to prepare them for high school and college level music.
